How we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, assess projects and automation opportunities, manage client accounts, provide support, and send request confirmations, account messages, and ticket updates.

Storage and service providers

For forms submitted on this website and the client portal, we use Supabase for data storage, account authentication, and uploaded support files. We use Resend to deliver emails, including submission notifications to our team and confirmations or support updates to you. These providers process information needed to provide those services; email content may include details from your request or support ticket.

Information sent by email is also handled by the sending and receiving email services. Our website hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and operate the site.

Appointments through Microsoft Bookings

Our booking links take you to Microsoft Bookings, a separate appointment service. The booking form collects your name, email address, required callback phone number, optional notes, and appointment details. We use this information to schedule your consultation, manage the calendar, call you, and send booking communications.

Microsoft processes and stores booking information through Microsoft Bookings and Exchange. This is a separate path from our website inquiry forms, which use Supabase and Resend as described above.

Sign-in cookies and technical information

The client portal uses authentication cookies to maintain sign-in sessions. Application errors may be recorded in technical logs to help diagnose problems.
